Each pavement report follows a standardized structure designed for decision-makers, engineers, and maintenance teams.
Cover Page & Executive Summary
Branded cover with site overview map, total area scanned, and Aeriscan Condition Score at a glance. The executive summary provides key findings, defect counts, and recommended actions in one page for quick decision-making.
Defect Analysis & Maps
Full-page severity-classified defect overlay maps on the high-resolution orthomosaic. Separate views for cracking analysis and area defects (potholes, alligator cracking, patches). Every defect is inventoried with measurements.
Condition Zone Map
The site is divided into assessment zones, each rated from Good to Critical based on crack density and the presence of structural defects. The zone map gives you an instant visual overview of where the problems are concentrated.
Drainage Impact Analysis
Surface drainage patterns computed from the 3D surface model identify where water concentrates. Defects in drainage paths are flagged for priority repair, because water exposure accelerates deterioration.
Repair Prioritization
Defects organized by priority: Critical, High, Medium, and Routine. Each category includes recommended repair actions and quantities to support budgeting and work order generation.
Methodology & Terms
Documentation of capture parameters, processing methods, AI classification approach, and accuracy notes. Included for transparency and to support professional review of the assessment methodology.

Roof inspection reports follow the same professional format with sections tailored for thermal analysis: moisture zone maps, side-by-side thermal and RGB detail pages, drainage analysis, and severity-classified repair prioritization.

Sub-centimeter resolution aerial image of the entire site. Geometrically corrected and georeferenced.
GeoTIFFDigital Surface Model
3D elevation data for grade analysis, drainage modelling, and depth estimation.
GeoTIFFCompatible with: QGIS, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Global Mapper, Google Earth Pro, and any GIS platform that reads Shapefiles or GeoTIFF.
